Archives for March 2004
Funny bit from a comedy service from the Neil Rogers show in 2004.
Neil saw part of a documentary about “The King”, and he is still dead. Condi Rice got permission to testify before the 9/11 Commission. Lucy Lui is behind the Beaded Curtain, and today’s poll is “Who do you think is the biggest liar: Condoleezza Rice, George W. Bush, Richard Clark, Michael Moore, John Kerry, Bill Clinton, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Greg Reed, or “Moe” Howard David?” O.J., and Fat Rush were added. Crappy callers, so Neil reads some bedtime stories. Half way through the show he changes to “What’s your all time favorite Elvis Presley song?” (pick from) “Elvis sucks, Hound Dog, Don’t Be Cruel, All Shook Up, Heartbreak Hotel, Jailhouse Rock,” and many more. Poll building always takes up lots of time.
In honor of Jan Berry, Neil plays “Little Old Lady from Hialeah” at the start of the show. Randi Rhodes will be national when Air America debuts on Wednesday. Cock fighting ring busted in Hendrie county. A special presentation of “Britney Sits On Your Face”. The Stop the FCC campaign.

Neil is not going to promote the “StopFCC.com” campaign, they have collected over 12,000 signatures. The person, Scott who runs it, has not responded to Eric’s messages. Today’s poll “With all the censorship, which of Neil’s comedy bits or songs will you miss the most?”. The FCC is looking to extend their dictates to cable. Elizabeth Hurley is Behind the Beaded Curtain.
